It looks like they haven’t updated their look since 2005! And while there are some features to help make your experience easier (like profile pictures), overall it feels very clunky and outdated.
The navigation isn’t great either – I found myself getting lost quite easily when trying to find what I was looking for on the site. There were also a few bugs here and there which made things even more confusing – nothing major but enough to annoy me from time-to-time. On top of all this, if you do decide to upgrade your subscription then unfortunately none of these UI issues get fixed or improved upon at all… so buyer beware!
