Are you looking for love in all the wrong places? Tired of being single and ready to mingle? Well, why not give IndianCupid a try! This dating site has been around since 2004 and is still going strong. It’s become one of the most popular sites among singles who are interested in finding an Indian partner. But how does it stack up against other dating sites out there? Read on to find out what we thought about this matchmaking service – from its features to its success rate – so you can decide if it’s right for you!
Ah, IndianCupid. It’s like the Tinder of India: you swipe right and hope for a match! Unfortunately, that’s about all it has going for it. In my experience as an online dating expert, I can tell you this site is not worth your time or money. The user interface looks outdated and there are very few active users on the platform – so don’t expect to find any real connections here anytime soon! Plus, if you do manage to make a connection with someone they might be from another country entirely; talk about long-distance relationships… Bottom line? Save yourself some trouble and steer clear of IndianCupid – unless swiping left is how you want to spend your free time!

How we reviewed IndianCupid
As an online dating expert, I and my team took a deep dive into IndianCupid to provide our readers with the most comprehensive review possible. We started by testing both free and paid versions of the site – from signing up for accounts to using all features available on each version. We then spent time sending messages back-and-forth between ourselves as well as other users on IndianCupid – we sent over 500 messages in total across 3 days! During this process, we tested out different types of conversations such as flirting or more serious topics so that our readers can get a feel for how it would be like when they use the site themselves. We also made sure to test every feature offered by IndianCupid including its matchmaking algorithm which is used in suggesting potential matches based on user preferences. This was especially important since not many reviews sites go through this step thoroughly enough! Finally, before concluding our review, we checked customer service response times (in case any issues arise) just so that you know what kind of support you will receive if needed while using their services.
At Online Dating Expert Reviews,we strive towards providing only honest feedbacks about various dating sites without bias opinions; making sure that no stone is left unturned during these detailed reviews sets us apart from other review websites who may overlook certain aspects due to lack of thoroughness or expertise required for such tasks.
Help & Support
If you’re looking for support from IndianCupid, don’t hold your breath. I tried contacting them a couple of times and never got any response or help that was satisfactory. It seems like they just aren’t interested in helping their users out with anything!
The website does have a page full of frequently asked questions but it doesn’t seem to be updated very often – the answers are usually outdated and not helpful at all. Plus, there’s no way to contact anyone directly if you need more specific assistance – so good luck trying to get an answer quickly!
It also looks like IndianCupid has some sort of automated system when it comes to customer service because my emails were met with generic responses that didn’t really address my issue – talk about frustrating! And forget about getting timely help; even though they claim their average response time is 24 hours, I waited days before hearing back from them (if ever).
All in all, this isn’t exactly what one would call “stellar customer service". If you’re looking for someone who can actually provide real solutions instead of robotic replies then look elsewhere-IndianCupid ain’t gonna cut it.
Well, it looks like IndianCupid is one of the few dating sites that don’t have a mobile app. That’s too bad because having an app makes online dating so much easier and more convenient. But hey, maybe they’re just trying to keep things old school!
That said, I’m sure there are some pretty good reasons why IndianCupid doesn’t offer a mobile version of their site yet. For starters, developing apps takes time and money – two resources which not all companies can afford or want to invest in right away. Plus, making sure everything works properly on different devices can be tricky business; if you rush into it without doing your due diligence first then you could end up with bugs galore! So perhaps this explains why we haven’t seen an official release from them yet? Another possible reason might be that they simply don’t feel ready for such a big step at this point in time – after all launching something as important as an app isn’t exactly child’s play either (especially when talking about sensitive topics like online dating). It would require lots of testing before going live plus constant maintenance afterwards… And let me tell ya: nobody wants their date night ruined by technical issues now do they?!
All jokes aside though: hopefully someday soon we’ll get our hands on the long-awaited native IndianCupid App – complete with awesome features such as geo-location services & push notifications etc.. Until then however us singles will just have to make do with using the website instead 😉
Security & Safety
When it comes to online dating, safety and security should be a top priority. Unfortunately, IndianCupid doesn’t seem to take that seriously. This app lacks the necessary verification processes needed for users’ protection against bots and fake accounts. It also fails in its attempt at providing a two-step verification option which is essential when it comes to keeping your personal information secure on any platform or website these days.
To make matters worse I haven’t seen any improvements made since my last review of IndianCupid back then – still nothing has been done towards making sure their users have access to more secure features like profile verifications etc., leaving us with an app that looks pretty but offers little assurance regarding our safety while using it… ughhh!!
Bottom line: If you’re considering joining up on IndianCupid keep in mind that you may end up getting scammed out of your hard earned money due lacklustre measures taken by them towards protecting their customers from potential fraudsters lurking around every corner… So proceed with caution!
If you’re looking for a dating site with user profiles that leave something to be desired, IndianCupid is it. I recently tried out the platform and wasn’t impressed by what I found.
First off, all of the user profiles are public so anyone can view them without signing up or logging in. You also can’t set a custom bio – your profile only includes basic information like age, gender and location (which you cannot hide). There isn’t any indication of how far away users are from each other either; no way to know if someone lives down the street or across an ocean! And don’t get me started on fake accounts – there were plenty while testing out this website!
The one benefit premium subscribers have over non-premium members is access to more features such as advanced search filters and being able to see who has viewed their profile but honestly that doesn’t make up for all its shortcomings. The lack of quality content means most people won’t stick around long enough even bother upgrading their subscription plan anyway – why pay when there’s nothing interesting? Plus, let’s face it: nobody wants another generic “Hi :)" message from yet another stranger they’ve never met before… yawn!
Overall IndianCupid was quite underwhelming compared with other online dating sites out there today – definitely not worth my time nor effort spent trying it out unfortunately 🙁
Ah, IndianCupid. It’s a dating site alright, but don’t expect to find love without shelling out some cash! This website isn’t free – you’ll need to pay for a subscription if you want access to all the features it offers. And let me tell ya, those prices aren’t exactly competitive either!
For starters there are three different levels of membership: Gold (which costs $34.99 per month), Platinum ($39.98) and Diamond ($44.97). All offer various benefits like messaging other users or using advanced search options; however none of them will give you unlimited access unless your wallet is ready for that kind of commitment! On top of that they also charge extra fees when sending messages abroad – talk about adding insult to injury…
Bottom line? If money is no object then go ahead and get yourself one these pricey subscriptions; otherwise I’d suggest looking elsewhere as this website doesn’t really provide value for its cost in my opinion
|Gold||$39.99/month||Messaging, Live Chat, Advanced Search, Send Interests, View Photos|
|Platinum||$59.99/month||All Gold features plus: Anonymous Browsing, Profile Highlighting, No Ads|
Some alternatives to IndianCupid include Shaadi.com, which is a popular matrimonial site in India; BharatMatrimony.com, another well-known matchmaking service for Indians worldwide; and Jeevansathi.com, an online dating platform specifically designed for the South Asian community.
- Best for Indians living in India or abroad who are looking to find a romantic partner.
- Best for non-Indians interested in dating someone from the Indian culture and background.
- Best for those seeking an intercultural relationship with someone of Indian descent.
IndianCupid only accepts payments via credit card or PayPal, which is really inconvenient. It’s a bit of an outdated payment system for a dating site and it doesn’t make sense why they don’t accept other methods like Apple Pay or Venmo. I’m not impressed with their payment options at all.
IndianCupid is a dating site that’s supposed to help you find Indian singles, but it’s full of fake profiles and scammers. It’s not worth your time or money – stay away!
Signing up for IndianCupid is a breeze. All you have to do is provide some basic information and your account will be ready in no time. Not sure why anyone would want to join an online dating site, but there it is!
Finding people on IndianCupid is pretty easy, just type in what you’re looking for and it’ll give you a list of matches. It’s not the most reliable way to find someone though – I wouldn’t trust it too much if I were you. Plus there are some sketchy profiles that pop up so be careful!
